Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. Responsibilities:Responsible for creation and delivery of training programmes for employees and different categories of trainees.Rolling out competency development plans for all employees to bridge the gap between their current and future skill sets.Create and develop programs and curricula by collaborating with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to meet established training, learning, and development goals.Adherence to Graduate & Diploma apprentice training requirements.Ensure completion of mandatory and compliance trainings.Administration of digital training tools.Ensure training records documentation as per ISO / TS & business Requirements.Conduct training effectiveness evaluation for identified trainings.Compliance to internal and external audits related to Learning & Development.Managing the entire internship process starting from Onboarding of Interns to the completion of their internship tenure.Minimum Requirements:3 to 8 years of technical training experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry (Diploma - 8 years / BE - 3 to 4 years).Awareness on Electronic Manufacturing Processes.Good Training and Presentation Skills.Good knowledge of MS Office Tools.HR Analytical skills.Training Need Analysis and Training Effectiveness Measure.
