The company designs and develops world-class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders, and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems, and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics, and driver assistance like ABS and ESP. RBIC would soon be expanding its portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.
Responsibilities: "Entrepreneur" of New Product development projectsAchievement of project objectives and targets (time, cost, specifications, budget, profit, scope, quality, procurement), including escalation if project targets are jeopardizedSample coordination (technical version, ordering, and tracking). Ensure customer sample quality and timingSet-up of Project Charter and Project management planInitiation of product releasesProduct change management activities (including explanation of change and impact to customer from technical side)Monthly tracking of project budget (cost, HC, capacity), CSS, SE (basis for overall GCT CSS, SE)Prepare and present project statusTrack and control project KPIsManage interface between customer and project teamSupport of Engineering Change Requests until EOPSupport of invoicing of special revenue (including tooling, application & calibration costs, logistics, samples)Maintain all internal and external documentationPerform Lessons Learned and Final Project ReviewCoordinate internal and external auditsMinimum Requirements: Experience in Project management, Key account management, ENG, manufacturing - Working experience at an Automotive company preferably handling the OEMsMinimum 3-6 years in Project management, Key account management, ENG, manufacturing - Working experience at an Automotive company preferably handling the OEMsBasics of Brake systemsAnalytical skills, MS Office expertise, Negotiation skillsAbility to influence peopleGood and pleasing personalityBasics of Automotive systems
