Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs In-Room Dining Manager, you will lead the team in the delivery of an exceptional In-Room Dining experience at The Connaught. You will be responsible for all aspects of In-Room Dining operations with a key focus on continuing to develop the standards, procedures, and approach, leading your team to deliver excellent service at all times.
Entry RequirementsYou will be an accomplished and talented manager with proven experience in managing and developing a team within a high-profile environment. An excellent and confident communicator, you will take a hands-on and proactive approach to your role, with a key focus on training, development, and succession planning to support service delivery and achievement of departmental goals. Experience within a similar environment would be highly desirable, and a sound knowledge of all In-Room Dining operations is essential for this role.
