Inbound Logistics Internship (Fall)

Vivrelle is seeking an enthusiastic, Fall Intern to play a critical role with our continued growth.
This role will be reporting to our Senior Inbound Logistics Associate within our Operations Team.


This internship will help you acquire product and logistic skills and provide you with knowledge of various operational strategies.
Ultimately, you will gain broad experience and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment as a pivotal part of the team!


This is a summer internship, part-time, hourly.
The internship will run from September- November 2024.
Our internship positions are in-person.
Our company is dedicated to creating an internship program that does not interfere with your class schedule.


As an Intern, Your Responsibilities Will Include: Assist in ensuring the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments by adhering to our standards Support the identification of items needing repair or removal due to damage Assist in accurately tagging all returned items and maintaining organized inventory records Update the status of returned items in our systems for efficient tracking Support in communicating with members about returned items, missing parts, or accidental shipments of personal belongings Assist in coordinating with other departments to prevent fraud and inform members of any order delays or issues Provide hands-on support to the Inbound Team, aiding in tasks such as opening and organizing incoming shipments.
As an Intern, Your Skills and Qualifications Include: Organized and detail oriented Current enrollment in a related college degree or area of study Experience working in a brick and mortar retail environment Experience in inventory and stocking Customer-focused and brand-obsessedConvey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling challenges and opportunities Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done

$15 - $20 an hour
