Incident Processor
Description
The Opportunity:
As an Incident Processor you make a difference by assisting our drivers and customers when there is a motor vehicle accident or a cargo event. You are one of the primary people on the team taking inbound calls and start the claims process. Building reports from calls, emails, photos sent in, and other means of communication is the core of the position.
Additionally, you add photos, videos, and any other supporting documentation of the event, create coaching events for our fleet managers to review with their driver, and assist with a variety of claims related tasks that will help us effectively and efficiently complete the claims process.

A primary function of this role is to be on the phone and occasionally during difficult situations, so you need to have exceptional phone skills and be able to maintain your composure during stressful situations. Additionally, you need to have impeccable attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, strong time management skills, and the ability to communicate with a broad range of personalities.
The Experience:
This is a mid-level position that is ideal for someone who has worked in a call center environment and ability to ask questions to understand the situation at hand.
The Schedule:
This is a Monday through Friday schedule. Your workday starts at 8:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm. Occasional after hours support required remotely.
