Annual Salary Range –$94,800 - $118,300
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range DSM expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided.

As anIndustrialization Project Manager, you willfocus on the implementation of newproduct industrialization, coordinating with sales, innovation, supply chain, QA, QC and Production to ensure successful commercialization of new products, with any issues communicated and resolved through the lifecycle of the project. Any Right First Time (RFT) issues will be addressed with the relevant teams to ensure understanding and the product is reproducible going forward.You will support Human Nutrition (HNC Premix) based in the Schenectady facility, and support our 2nd Premix site in Ontario, CA.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the industrialization process of new products from formulation acceptance to launch.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality, supply chain, and manufacturing, to ensure timely and efficient product development.
Develop and manage project timelines to ensure successful product delivery, utilizing project management tools and techniques to monitor progress and identify and communicate potential risks and issues.
Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize industrialization processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the industrialization process and continuously evaluate and improve current processes using statistical analysis.Manage and operating relevant computer systems and software packages as required.
Provide advice and support to operations employees and management as required.

You Bring:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in food science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
3-7 years' experience in lab, Pilot Plant or Production environment. Project Management experience a must.
Managing projects and activities, problem solving, decision making on quality and technical issues along with good leadership skills. Also, statistical/trend analysis tools.
Working knowledge of physical organic chemistry, unit operations and basic analytical testing methodology.
Strong EXCEL skills, Statistical evaluation and SAP experience are a definite "plus".
Strong verbal and written communication skills required as well as working knowledge of operating analytical equipment. (Highly desired)
Knowledge of Food and Beverage, Dietary supplement, Early Life or Medical Nutrition industry market segments including their manufacturing processes and Requirements.
Knowledge of nutritional ingredients including vitamins, carotenoids, omega 3's, hydrocolloids, HMOs (functions, commercially available forms, and regulations).
May berequired to travel toPlainsboro, NJ site(Day trip, every other month).
