Description Position Title: Information Spec I-UCOFN - 990824
Position Overview & Job Duties: This position will be responsible for the operational day-to-day data entry into the Foundation's constituent database (RENXT). This position will interact with staff in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under time constraints while maintaining flexibility and efficiency. Professionalism and confidentiality are important in this role. Attention to detail is vital. Responsible for the quality and data integrity of information.
Maintain database record updates as needed and information is received Scanning, uploading, and indexing documents into appropriate OnBase files Prepare thank you letters for donors and event registrants. Process gifts and event registrations within the Raisers Edge NXT database Performs other related duties as assigned. The duties listed in this job description are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. Qualifications/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in job related field or 4+ years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Highly organized, able to multi-task and track multiple projects. Heightened sense of initiative as a self-starter. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to establish effective relationships with both internal and external audiences. Superb customer service. Strong mathematical aptitude. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, accounting and database systems experience - Raiser's Edge and OnBase preferred. Must maintain confidentiality with donor records and department discussions. Excellent proofing and editing skills. Must possess the willingness to seek and accept responsibility. Maintain a positive attitude and collaborative style that fosters workplace excellence and staff support. Willingness to occasionally perform evening and weekend work.
