Requirements
Responsibilities Provide frontline technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to determine the root cause and implement appropriate solutions.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Assist with the setup and configuration of user accounts and access rights.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information by implementing appropriate measures.
Requirements Associate degree or higher in information technology or a related field.
Five years of proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or in a similar role.
Experience with Office 365 administration.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
