Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in relevant Computer Science/MIS fields or equivalent work experience. Experience designing and implementing structured cabling systems in both office and data center environments. Experience managing on-site crews for construction of structured cabling systems. Experience securing and maintaining business relationships with various contractors, manufacturers, and distributors. Experience creating SOWs, soliciting quotes, reviewing quotes, and making selections based on the best qualified response. Must be familiar with OSHA, NEC, Bicsi, TIA/EIA, local building codes, and any other relevant standards & codes that apply to the structured cabling industry. Candidate should be proficient in all applicable Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Preferred Qualifications Prefer candidate to hold and maintain Georgia State Low Voltage Contractors License. Prefer candidate to be RCCD certified. Candidate should be familiar with PMI methodology. PMP preferred. Candidate must have basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless networks along with telecom circuits. Candidate should be familiar with OSP (outside plant) best practices.
