Inside Sales - Industrial Products A small, fast growing specialized fastener distributor in downtown Newark, Delaware seeks a multi-skilled person, who is customer focused, and can support our growing customer needs as a full time Inside Sales Associate for Industrial Products.
This person will ideally have experience selling industrial products or have a strong mechanical aptitude.
Extreme Bolt & Fastener focuses on specialty material fasteners and unique designs that are used by the largest companies in the world within the aerospace, chemical processing, oil & gas, mining, military, power generation and a variety of other industrial applications.
We offer only the highest performing engineered polymers, advanced ceramics and specialty metal fasteners and flanges to industry.
Additionally, we provide our customers with world class knowledge, support, and guidance on selecting the best materials for their challenging applications.

Responsibilities · Customer Service: Interface with customers via email and phone to gather and understand requirements, drawings, and specifications; Develop pricing and lead times and provide quotes; Communicate status of orders to customers, address questions in a timely manner and solve problems when required.
· Manage Order Logistics: Partner with raw material vendors to develop order fulfillment plan; track and address issues through order life cycle.
· Technical Support: Answer customer technical questions and/or connect them to our material engineering team.
Qualifications · Positive, energetic and self-motivated; enjoys a small company environment verse a large corporate structure.
· Demonstrated experience selling industrial products or has a strong mechanical aptitude.
· 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales.
· Excellent communication and people skills in a professional setting.
· Demonstrates ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
· Flexibility to tackle challenges in areas outside primary role, including operations, logistics and quality.
Pay / Benefits · Full Time with in-person work during the core business hours [~8am to ~4pm or ~9am to ~5pm]
