Inside Sales Representative

Our client in Newark, DE is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team.
This is a Temp - Hire position.
Salary: $21.50 to $26.50 per hour
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients via email and phone to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and pricing information to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and offerings.Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities and expand client base.Maintain professional and effective communication with clients to build strong relationships and understand their needs. Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Background: An engineering background is preferred but not required.Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.Adaptability: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
