PURPOSE
Coordinates sales tasks and scheduling of installation projects by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handles telephone sales made directly to contractors.
Places orders in system in a timely manner.
Sources and places special orders for current customers, as needed.
Schedules work on project and keeps customer informed of work progress.
Coordinates deliveries to job site.
Monitors customer quotes and pricing.
Handles customer service issues and provides customer satisfaction feedback to outside sales staff.
Completes and distributes paperwork for installation jobs.
Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to one year related experience
COMPETENCIESExcellent organizational skills, with attention to detail required.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional customer service and telephone skills required.
Demonstrates product knowledge.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and adaptability to a fast paced work schedule.
