Clinical Director

The Physical Therapist Clinical Director is responsible for complete oversight of operations and administration of rehabilitative outpatient clinic providing Physical and Occupational Therapy.
Ensures compliance with all regulations and health care requirements.
This position is also responsible for patient evaluation and treatment.

Scorecard review weekly with RCDWorking with Human Resources, ensures compliance with all federal and state employment laws.Facility maintenanceReview and approve timecards through ADP ensuring adherence to all federal and state regulations with respect to Exempt and Non-Exempt staffInterview/hiring (clinical, aide) in collaboration with HRTraining and onboarding clinical staff, ongoing evaluation of performanceResolve performance problems on a clinic level and elevate to HR when appropriateMonitor staff complianceFollow up with patients on low net promoter scoresMonitor monthly budget of visits, labor, and clinical suppliesMonitor documentation audits, Medicare compliance, and patients approaching MMR capWebPT schedule review weeklyMonitor staff unsigned notesPerform new patient eval audit weeklyManages and approves expenses of staff in clinicPhysician referral management (outreach visits, Direct access review, etc.
)Clinical support staff expense management, scheduling, interviewing, hiring/terminationMonitor discharge policy adherenceMonthly clinical supply orderingAdhere to lost patient log workflowWeekly call with RCDWeekly meeting with OM Important Disclaimer Notice:
