Vaco is partnering with a technology company seeking an experienced Interim Senior/Manager of Treasury to help their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing treasury operations and financial services, with a focus on cash projections, forecasting, planning, and banking activities. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cash flow projections and forecasts Analyze historical data and current market trends to anticipate future cash needs and mitigate risks. Manage online banking portals, particularly with to efficiently execute transactions, monitor account balances, and access financial information. Assist in the preparation and submission of applications to open new bank accounts and establish banking relationships as needed. Coordinate with banks and regulatory authorities to ensure timely processing of account opening requests. Liaise with financial service providers, including banks, payment processors, and other financial institutions, to optimize treasury operations and maximize efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury operations and financial services. Identify and mitigate risks associated with cash management, banking activities, and financial transactions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience in treasury management, preferably in the crypto industry. Strong proficiency in cash flow forecasting, treasury planning, and banking operations.
