INTERMEDIATE REPRESENTATIVE, CASH MANAGEMENT

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Cash Management to join our Global Payments and Treasury Services Operationsteam. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. The first three to six months will be fully in-office before transitioning to a hybrid work model (3 days per week in-office required).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Serves as a subject matter expert/team lead for the day-to-day operations for a small team of Cash Management support staff
Processing cases for account maintenance and other miscellaneous requests
Review checks for accuracy and fraud identification
Thoroughly review documents to ensure accurate processing
Process complex requests for payments
Guides the team and ensures processing deadlines are met
Allocates work to small team of staff and monitors workflow to maximize productivity and quality to meet deadlines and daily goals
Reviews and approves work conducted by lower level staff
Leverages a strong understanding of the Cash Management processes and equipment
Communicates with corporate clients to discuss low risk pay or no pay decisions and performs adjustments
Completes all reports as required accurately and on time
Responsible for the quality and completion of own work
Helps develop and contributes to the achievement of team objectives
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Bachelors degree preferred
5-7 years of total work experience preferred
Experience in banking operations is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to work in a high-paced deadline-driven environment.

Self-motivated
Organization skills to prioritize and process work
