As a member of our internal communications team, you will play a critical role in telling the story of who we are and what we do at Riveron. You'll bring your expertise in developing thoughtful communications strategies that engage and inspire our people. Your expert writing and ability to communicate with a large and diverse audience will ensure Riveron employees have the information they need to feel connected to our business during an exciting period of firm growth.
\n Who You Are:Experience in developing and driving employee engagement and communications, preferably in a professional services or agency environment Exceptional verbal and written communications abilities, including experience writing and tailoring content in a variety of different voices and for different audiencesAdept at creating communications products across many channels, including video, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, emails, and virtual events Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leaders Strong understanding of internal and corporate communications best practices Experience or ability to quickly learn internal communications tools, (e.g., Staffbase (Bananatag), SharePoint, Workday/Peakon, Poppulo) What You'll Do:Support the development and execution of integrated internal communications plans in alignment with enterprise priorities and objectivesBuild strong partnerships with internal functional partners and serve as strategic communications advisorPlan and execute engaging employee-facing content, including firmwide announcements, slides, newsletters, system and process rollouts, DEI communications, and moreCreate, edit, and publish weekly internal newsletter Support content creation for quarterly Town Hall meetingsServe as content liaison and support for local market and business segment communications Develop a strong understanding of our people and locations in the US, Canada, and India and their communications needs Maintain firmwide intranet homepage content and updatesPlay a supporting role in the employee engagement survey process, including tactical survey deployment, assessing results, and developing action plans
\n$72,000 - $100,000 a year
The expected pay range for this position is $72,000 - $100,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws. \n#LI-KG1
