Job Description:




As a School Psychologist with Sunbelt Staffing, you will play a critical role in supporting the mental health and educational development of students.
You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and students to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and developing intervention strategies to address students' academic and behavioral challenges.




Key Responsibilities:




Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and social functioning.


Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).


Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students in individual and group settings.


Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students' academic and emotional needs.


Monitor and track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.


Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide policies and programs.


Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.




Qualifications:




Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.


Valid School Psychologist license or certification in Washington.


Experience working as a School Psychologist in an educational setting is preferred.


Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools, counseling techniques, and behavioral interventions.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
