Job Title: Inventory CoordinatorJob Description
Join our team as an Inventory Coordinator where you will perform receiving clerical work aligned with company procedures, including handling merchandise shipped by UPS, FedEx, and LTL. Your duties will involve verifying and recording receipts on receiving slips, checking products against purchase orders, and notifying the appropriate personnel of any discrepancies such as shortages or incorrect merchandise. You will also be responsible for preparing all freight shipments, completing the required documentation, and maintaining accurate UPS and FedEx records. Additionally, you will fill daily customer orders, maintain communication about unshipped orders, and conduct daily cycle counts to achieve at least 95% inventory accuracy. Ensuring all equipment remains in good working condition is also a key part of this role.
