The Inventory Specialist will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and will support all duties associated with processing invoices and validate all vendor pricing to be accurate. This is an opportunity for a highly driven individual who is detail oriented, disciplined, and hard working. This role will be working closely with other departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and obtain correct parts in a timely manner. Assist mechanics in selecting and purchasing parts. Manage warehouse Inventory and perform monthly physical counts for all AJR facilities. Keep warehouse clean and organized Participate in weekly meetings for each facility Interact with customer/vendors to ensure AJR is getting best deal. Return all cores and warranty parts as needed Manage Purchase orders via PO report daily Processing vendor invoices in our TMS software (TMT) Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each customer Track and record receipts for maintenance purchases Create a Parts Price with multiple Vendor Prices to ensure we are getting the best prices. Other task as necessary Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiarity with accounting and inventory tracking software. Strong Organizational skills. Ability to consistently meet all deadlines. Strong communication skills.
