Investor Relations Analyst - Summer 2025Job Description Investor Relations Analyst As an Investor Relations Analyst at Landmark Properties, you will support the Investment Management Team with investor relations and equity capital markets activities. Your daily tasks will include coordinating and organizing the fundraising process for individual investments and fund vehicles, participating in meetings and discussions with investors, handling investor due diligence requests, preparing reports on equity capital markets efforts for senior management, and managing investor documentation. Success in this role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Conduct research on potential investors and assist in outreach efforts.Maintain and update the firm's internal CRM with information on current and prospective investors.Prepare and manage reports on the firm's fundraising activities.Address and track investor requests and inquiries.Assist in creating presentations and reports for investors.Manage and organize critical investor documentation and records related to investments.Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers, such as institutional brokers.Help improve team processes and procedures.Support the launch of new investment products and the development of new capital relationships.Participate in outreach to potential new investors and help maintain relationships with existing investors.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: A strong interest in Commercial Real Estate, capital markets, investor relations, asset management, or related fields.An undergraduate degree is required, preferably in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.Basic understanding of underwriting and investment concepts, with a willingness to learn and apply these concepts.Strong financial and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
