The IT Analyst serves as liaison between the Operations and Supply Chain business areas and technical teams within IT.
This role is within an application delivery team that provides new and enhanced system capabilities for Operations and Supply Chain business functions as well as expanding use of existing capabilities across the company.Ideal candidates will be able to work out of our Bloomington, MN location.

Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with business verticals, spanning multiple regions globally, to define business requirements for IT projects and system enhancements.
Translate these into functional and non-functional requirements.
Advise business and IT on best practices relating to system functionality and business processes.
Manage enhancements, including design, testing, and change control processes Establish functional design standards for labeling and shop floor reports Lead migration of templates from legacy to enterprise-supported labeling applications for product, logistic, and material handling labels.
Assist with Oracle EBS configuration and manufacturing data conversion tasks for integrations and other projects.
Design and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Partner with business for user acceptance testing.
Create training documentation and knowledge base articles.
Engage with external software and service providers.
Keep abreast of new technologies to identify opportunities where IT can provide value to business partners.
Assist production support team.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, or 3 years of IT Analysis 3 years of using Oracle EBS R12.2 Supply Chain modules Experience with labeling systems, such as Bartender Willing to travel up to 15% Preferred Qualifications: Experience with a combination of Oracle EBS modules: Inventory, PIM, BOM, WIP, PO, MES, WMS, Cost Management, Quality, ASCP, iSupplier, iProcurement, and MSCA Familiarity with label printers and industrial mobile computers SQL, working knowledge of PL/SQL Working knowledge of BI (XML) Publisher, Oracle Product Hub, Application Object Library (AOL), XML, JSON Proficient with Microsoft Visio Experience integrating on-prem and SaaS bolt-on applications with Oracle EBS Knowledge of IT project management and application development phases Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively within project teams and independently.
