JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for support of application software, enhancement, and development. This role requires database administration and has responsibility for the definition, creation, and maintenance of the data model and analyzes, tests, and implements physical database design. As a Developer Analyst, play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights, leveraging expertise in software development and data analysis to design, build, and maintain innovative solutions that drive business value.
This is not a supervisory role.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Become a data champion: Design, develop, and implement software applications and scripts to automate data collection, processing, and analysis.
· Integrate and manage data: Seamlessly integrate data from diverse sources and ensure the smooth flow of information through data pipelines.
· Build APIs for data access: Develop and maintain APIs that empower stakeholders to access and manipulate data efficiently.
· Troubleshoot and optimize: Identify and resolve code issues to guarantee efficient and reliable system operation.
· Maintain and evolve: Keep existing software applications and databases up-to-date and functioning optimally.
· Deliver data-driven insights: Conduct ad-hoc analyses, generate custom reports, and translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for business users.
· Uncover hidden gems: Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using various statistical methods and tools to discover hidden trends, patterns, and anomalies.
· Visualize for impact: Develop and maintain data models and dashboards that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
· Bridge the communication gap: Clearly and concisely present data findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
· Will play a key implementation role on application implementation projects.
· Evaluate and assist with implementation improvements to existing applications collaboratively with the business users.
· Manage, monitor, and maintain databases.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
· 5+ years of experience in software development and data analysis.
· Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
· Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
· Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
· Must be 21 years old.
· Valid Oklahoma Driver's License and Car Insurance Verification, required.
· Must pass MVR check and maintain a good driving record.
· Ability to speak, read and write the English language.

· Works 40 hours per week or more when required.
· Travel to all company locations, as required.
