What We're Looking For: We're on the lookout for an experienced IT Field Technician with 5+ years of experience who shares our love for technology and customer service. Based in Denver, CO, this teammate will be the go-to contact for onsite client support in Colorado, while also providing remote technical support to other clients when onsite services aren't required. With a positive attitude and solid technical skills, you'll play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional support experience our clients have come to expect.
Key Responsibilities: Travel to our client's site in Denver, CO as needed to provide hands-on technical supportProvide remote support for other clients when onsite work is not requiredStaging, deploying, and relocating workstations (Mac and PC)Installing printers, time clocks, and various peripheralsInstalling and relocating network equipment (firewalls, switches, wireless access points)Tracing and managing network/low-voltage cablesTroubleshooting internet, wi-fi, and network issuesMicrosoft 365 Application troubleshooting and supportActive Directory administrationAssist with IT assessments for new and existing customersMaintain timely, accurate notes and status updates in the Autotask ticketing system and close each work order upon completion Requirements: 5+ years of experience with:Providing onsite and remote IT support servicesDiagnosing and resolving network issues, including ping testing, IP configuration, and understanding network topology. Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows 10 (and up)Supporting Mac environmentsMicrosoft Server OS - all versionsOffice 365 - multiple applicationsActive Directory administrationCompTIA Network+ certification Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7AM through 4PM Mountain TimeAvailability for occasional after-hours or weekend work Proficiency in using power tools for mounting IT and network equipment. (We will supply all basic tools.)Clean driving record with reliable transportation. (Mileage will be reimbursed at the current federal mileage reimbursement rate.) Physical Demand: Ability to climb an 8-foot ladder. Ability to lift 20-50 pounds.Comfortable working in tight spaces such as beneath desks, server rooms, and equipment racks.
