It Project Manager - Guernsey

A leading provider of financial markets and securities services company is looking to hire a Project Manager for its IT Department in Guernsey.
Reporting directly to the Head of Information Systems, the successful candidate will join a dynamic and forward-thinking team and act as the driving force for the development and optimisation of our client's business operations. Responsibilities include:
Coordinate with the efforts of team members and third-party providers to deliver projects within strict deadlines and within budget.Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle and ensure that project objectives align with company objectives.Liaise with business product owners to understand operating processes and needs.Define and develop project scope, goals and deliverables.Monitor project progress.Manage project budgets and costs.Support the implementation of improvements.Report regularly to key stakeholders to show progress.Support decision-making.To be suitable for this role, you will have experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, the ability to manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and excellent communication skills. You should be a team player who can place your activity within the context of the wider Company. Ideally, you will hold a Project Management professional qualification. Experience in the finance industry and an understanding of markets would be advantageous.
