Major Duties (Job Description) You will support the Portfolio in all aspects of assigned Special Access Program (SAP) Enterprise Information Technology service(s) end-to-end strategy.You will support aspects of application of technology design principles of Cloud, Dev SecOps, and Zero Trust design, service transition, and operational management of services throughout their lifecycle.You will support the Portfolio in the Program Increment planning and execution to plan, for assigned service(s) cost, schedule, and performance.You will provide input to developing life cycle program plans/roadmaps, maintaining life cycle cost estimates, developing cost allocation models and ensuring resource needs are incorporated into budgets and spend plans.You will perform functions as an assistant contracting officer representative (A-COR)You will assess and identify risks, issues, and opportunities.Qualification Summary Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing the acquisition, design, delivery, and management of IT Services; and/or overseeing the cost, schedule, and performance of an IT Service, developing resourcing, technology adoption, and service strategies to meet stakeholder and user needs.
