Your keen attention to detail and strategic thinking will enable XVIVO to maintain optimal stock levels safeguarding our ability to meet the critical needs of healthcare providers and patients. Key Responsibilities of the Position: Provide IT support to users locally in Denver metro and remotely across North and South America. Manage IT equipment procurement including licenses and servers with a handson approach to Denverbased infrastructure. Perform account management computer installation workspace setup and network troubleshooting. Handle a variety of IT support tasks from hardware setup to technical problemsolving for a smaller business. Work independently onsite with access to remote training and collaboration with the internal IT team as needed. Requirements Successful Candidates will have: Formal IT education (certificate or degree). At least 2 years of experience in IT support. Strong troubleshooting and user support skills. Proficiency with Microsoftbased operating systems. Selfmotivated with excellent prioritization abilities. A natural curiosity and eagerness to explore new technologies. Certifications in Microsoft ITIL or HIPAA. Experience with JAMF or Microsoft InTune. Familiarity with video conferencing tools like Teams. Prior experience and skills in server setup hardware knowledge VPN networking firewall and WiFi. Experience with Office/Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
