What Is Required (Qualifications)

3-5 years of related work experience at a managed service provider (MSP) or managed security service provider (MSSP)
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows operating systems
Strong sales and customer relationship skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows Server, and VPN configuration
Office 365 proficiency
Excellent communication skills and the ability to instruct non-technical users

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Cisco/Datto switches and SonicWall/Watchguard Firewalls experience
60+ words per minute typing speed
Powershell and command line scripting skills
Platform experience in Auvik, Connectwise Automate, Connectwise Control, Acronis, Repairshopr, IT Glue
ITIL best practices knowledge
Certifications
AS/BS Degree
