We are looking for an IT Training & Support Specialist to join an industry-leading law firm.
You will be joining a supportive and collaborative environment, who are committed to delivering excellence to their end-users.

You will take ownership of end-user training in their NYC office, where you will play a role in defining the firm's curriculum, designing and creating training resources, and delivering the content.
You will also be involved in providing end-user support, taking escalations from the helpdesk team, and ensuring the smooth running of their IT function.
What will this role look like? ? Create training materials and establish the curriculum.
? Hosting Q&A sessions for end-users on new software & platform roll-outs.
? Evaluate training needs, identify areas for development & engage in continuous improvement.
? Provide end-user support on technical issues, taking escalations from the helpdesk team.
What do you need? ? Previous experience in a law firm is highly desirable.
? Experience training end-users on MS Office, legal applications & Windows.
? Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide excellent customer service to end-users.
? Be a self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve the end-user experience.
