Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.Desired Skills & Experience12+ years of experience in Java development (Coding, Unit Testing, Functional Automation) using Micro Services, Java Spring Boot, REST API, etc.Expertise in Java 11/17, object-oriented design and analysis, programming designs, and design patterns.Ability to work in a team of 10+ developers and build good rapport with various Scrum stakeholders and other interface developers both in India and the US.Good experience in code management, build and deploy tools – GitHub, Jenkins, and UDeploy.Perform back-end code reviews, writing unit test cases using JUnit to achieve 80% code coverage.Strong working knowledge of building cloud-native applications meeting 12/15 factor principles on Pivot Cloud Foundry (PCF) or Microsoft Azure.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and work directly with US partner teams.Java, J2EE, JavaScript. What You Will Be DoingConsult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
