JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its team and contribute to the shaping of the future of global commerce by connecting millions of buyers and sellers worldwide. This role involves building services and system infrastructure, owning all aspects of software engineering from requirement analysis to post-production, and providing strong technical leadership focused on continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to deliver scalable solutions, practice and improve industry standard methodologies, and maintain the highest coding and quality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Design and implement services and systems infrastructure focusing on distributed systems, network design, and large-scale database systems.
Take ownership of software engineering lifecycle, including analysis, design, deployment, and monitoring.
Provide technical leadership and promote continuous improvement practices.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA, and operations teams to deliver fault-tolerant solutions.
Research, design, develop, and test solutions aligning with business and technology strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
Expertise in server-side languages like Java, and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot.
Proven experience with REST API design, development, and microservices architecture.
Strong experience in working with both relational (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Couchbase, MongoDB).
