Shipping Coordinator Woodstock Percussion, LLC is a leading manufacturer with worldwide distribution for the gift and toy industries.  Best known for its line of Woodstock Chimes, WPI offers a challenging opportunity in a progressive work environment.  We are seeking for a Shipping Coordinator. candidates must have warehouse/shipping practice as well as the expertise below to be considered for this job offer:
The ideal candidate will partner closely with Customer Care and would be responsible for preparing, distributing, picking and packing ecomm orders for various customers such as Amazon, Target, Walmart as well as our own retail website, utilizing both strong computer expertise and an RF handheld scanner.
Major Tasks, responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

»Proficient with general operation of computers, working expertise of Office.

»Prepare ecomm orders while adhering to vendor compliance protocols.

»Effectively communicate with customer care – has strong communications expertise both verbal and written.

»Pick orders utilizing an RF handheld scanner in a warehouse environment. Build boxes, build and shrink wrap carrier pallets.

»Ensures that all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements. Works with a high level of urgency to ensure that deadlines are met.

»Able to lift up to 50 pounds and repeatedly push, pull squat, bend and reach.

»Creative problem solver.

» capability to work with speed and accuracy in a face-paced environment, while demonstrating strong attention to detail.

»Must have a strong sense of urgency, efficiency, and capability to adapt and multi-task.
