Junior Estimator (Entry Level)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Enters New Leads into Custom Software for Tracking Prepare budgets/estimates in our custom-designed estimating software. Update and maintain proposals. Prepare proposals with quantity take-offs in linear/square footage and itemized specialties. Prepare reports detailing labor and material costs. Input estimated and costing data into the company database. Maintain current pricing updates. Works closely with Sales and Design teams. QUALIFICATIONS Proficient in working with numbers. Knowledge of Cabinetmaking a plus. Ability to work independently. Ability to understand technical/construction drawings and their requirements. Working knowledge of Excel and Word. Knowledge of AdvanceWare a plus. Detail oriented. Excellent time management skills. Ability to multi-task. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
