The Junior Event Producer / Event Producer is responsible for creating heightened moments of in-person engagement with impact. This role manages all the elements that come together to create the live delivery aspect of our campaigns in relation to our client work. Key responsibilities of the role focus on:
Operational planningOperational executionTeam managementCreative thinkingThe Junior Event Producer / Event Producer will work across all aspects of experiential delivery for our exciting portfolio of clients, potentially including Nike, NFL, and J.P. Morgan. An excellent multitasker, the candidate must manage multiple projects, from large scale major campaigns to smaller bespoke experiential activations in a wide range of settings.
The Junior Event Producer / Event Producer is responsible for live experience touch points of an activation and will ensure that OBE London provides a service for 'in real life' moments that are best in class and deliver to our client's needs.
On a day-to-day basis, the Junior Event Producer / Event Producer will work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues and the client to deliver high-quality campaigns. Fresh thinking is part of our DNA, bringing disruptive and innovative ideas to all our campaigns.
OBE London is looking to offer one full-time permanent role to an individual with a minimum of 2 years' relevant industry experience. The job level will be offered based on the preferred candidate and their experience to date.
RESPONSIBILITIES The Event Producer role is varied, and you are responsible for:

Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Location: Hybrid (Ability to attend Soho Works, 180 The Strand every Wednesday and at least one other day per week)
