Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years' experience delivering consulting staffing services to global technology leaders in the US is seeking a strong Junior Project Manager to work with our client, a tech giant.
This consultant will work remotely on projects within the client's Strategy & Program Management organization.
Responsibilities: Manage, monitor, and update Work SchedulesSupport the management of provider/managed service pricing and Market Development Fund programs, engaging with partners and assisting partners in applications, onboarding, and maximizing the use of programsEstablish a cadence of partner performance reporting and analysis Manage, monitor, and update Risk RegistersProcess purchase ordersAssist larger team in ad hoc projectsOwn and drive key meetings (setting up meetings, sending out agendas, taking meeting notes, sending out meeting notes, following up on action items etc.) Strong Excel skillsAbility to quickly assess situations, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsInterpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of staff; serve as a resource for maintaining and monitoring technical or business priorities and projectsSolve problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization existsExperience driving multiple projects with cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDriven, results-oriented self-starter Ideally 2-3 years experience in Project Coordinator/Project Manager rolesBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Remote $30/hour, Consultant, 1 year+, Contract Opportunity on W2Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) (with a match)Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
