Kitchen Lead

Kitchen Lead: The Kitchen Lead will assist in implementation of store recipes, food preparation and making plates Fridays & Saturdays during hours of operation, possible weeknight events. Resolving issues that occur in kitchen swiftly is a vital role in this position. He/she may also cover any station or position that is needed.
-Making menu items on Fridays & Saturdays for guest as orders come in
-Resolves issues in the kitchen quickly without escalation
-Helps prepare food items in different areas
-Keeps the Kitchen clean, stocked and prepped
-Produces final dishes that are to the stores standards for guests
-Maintaining a clean workspace that is safe to prepare food
-Keeping the reach in coolers clean and organized
-Keeping dry storage clean and organized
-Taking care of trash and floors
