Kitchen Manager

Englewood Moose in Englewood, FL is looking for one kitchen manager to join our 56 person strong team. We are located on 55 W. Dearborn St.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable. You will be responsible for ensuring that every dish is prepared consistently, in a timely manner, and meet our level of expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
Responsibilities Hiring and training of kitchen staff Reviewing and evaluating all kitchen staff Responsible for cost control and labor control Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen Ensuring upkeep and maintenance of all kitchen equipment Stock / Clean / Sanitize all sections of kitchen (As Needed) Qualifications Must be able to Multi Task ServSafe Sanitation certification Flexible schedules Leadership Experience (Preferred) Restaurant Experience (Preferred) As a Kitchen Manager, you must be dependable, self-reliant, and passionate about good food and exceptional customer service. It is vital that you combine strong organizational skills.
