About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Labor & Employment Associate with 4+ years of experience to join their dynamic management-side team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will be a skilled employment litigator with:
Strong academic credentials
In-depth knowledge of state and federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related regulations
Proven experience handling employment matters before state and federal courts and agencies
Key Responsibilities: Represent clients at hearings
Draft and respond to discovery requests
Prepare motions for federal and state court proceedings
Develop and prepare cases for trial
Manage matters independently with minimal supervision

Competitive salary: $175,000 - $250,000 per year (commensurate with experience, skills, and education)
