Job Location: Hybrid (1-2 days requirement) in Costa Mesa, Los Angeles, Westlake Village, San Diego, or San Francisco
Salary: $160k-$225k/yr DOE
Billable hours are 1900 for associates and 1850 for Partners.
Requirements: At least 3-5+ years of experience in California Employment Litigation, Wage/Hour Class Action Experience is nice, PAGA Representative Action experience is nice, experience in proceedings before the labor commissioner, EEOC, and other gov.
agencies, JD from ABA accredited Law School.

You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on employment law matters to our clients, defending our clients in court, and representing them in litigation.
You must be adept at trial and be able to develop strategies to defend our clients' interests.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for researching and advising on legal issues related to employment law, drafting legal documents, counseling and negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing clients in court and during litigation.
You will also be required to represent clients in hearings and trials.
What You Need for this Position
In order to be successful in this role, you must have a JD degree and at least 5 years of experience in the legal field.You must have expertise in employment law, litigation, trial, and defense.Experience with Wage/Hour Class Action.Experience with PAGA representative action.Experience in proceedings before the labor commissioner, EEOC, and other governmental agencies.The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
