Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our land development ventures! - Seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our land acquisitions and development efforts in the commercial construction industry. - Drive strategic initiatives for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring prime land parcels for commercial construction projects. - Spearhead the entire development process, from due diligence to entitlements, permitting, and project execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and legal counsel to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, municipalities, and other key stakeholders. - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for potential land acquisitions. - Proven track record of successfully closing land deals, negotiating contracts, and managing complex real estate transactions. - Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional performance. - Stay abreast of zoning regulations, environmental considerations, and other legal requirements to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in land acquisition strategies and development processes. - Experience in Civil Engineering, or a related field is a huge plus. - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in land acquisitions and development. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
