Valley Landscaping is looking to add an Account Manager to our team! Job Type: Full-time
Location: Waynesboro, VA
With the training and enhancement opportunities we offer at Valley, the Account Manager would become familiar with all aspects of company operations to include customer service, estimating, production, etc. This individual must display the leadership capability to oversee Crew Leaders on a daily basis while creating and maintaining a professional and positive atmosphere.
Responsibilities for an Account Manager may include:Coordinates schedules, crews, equipment, and materials associated with daily production of work within the objectives of the company's business model, policies, and procedures.Coordinates training to ensure best construction practices are being exercised by Crew Leaders and Crew Members daily.Maintains a live record of active projects to monitor budgeted versus actual materials.Maintains high standards of customer service, addresses client complaints, follows up within 24 hours, and keeps record of customer damages.Demonstrates reliable, respectful, and polite communication with customers.Requirements:Experience in the green industry required.Experience in a management role required.Valid Driver's License.Stoop/bend/lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for periods of 8 hours or more.We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
