This position is required to perform the tasks described as needed of the company. Goals and duties will be determined and identified by the Production Manager and the Director of Operations.They will provide effective management of field personnel to assure that the customers expectations are met and exceeded. This position is also responsible for managing field personnel to assure the company receives accurate and timely information regarding the performance of our services by crews. The ideal candidate will be expected to reach and/or exceed quality expectations, hour productivity goals, employee retention, and safety goals set by the Director of Operations.
