Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired look and recommend the best service.
Ensure the safety and comfort of clients during application.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workspaces.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in lash extensions. Offer additional services such as lash lifts, tints, and brow treatments Requirements: Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist (as required by state) Experience in lash extensions (certification preferred, but willing to provide training for the right candidate).
A keen eye for detail and precision. Strong customer service skills and a passion for beauty.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
