Seebold Law firm is looking for receptionist/legal assistant to enhance the quality of client management and maximize satisfaction.


Responsibilities:-

Receptionist/legal assistant duties include answering inbound telephone calls, scanning and organizing incoming mail and faxes, opening insurance claims, generating generic documentation, and assisting case managers with general/clerical office tasks

Reviewing, analyzing and forwarding e-mails to team members

Updating client information into database

Scanning and organizing mail

Filing documents into cloud-based files

Shredding documents

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be legally able to work in the United States

Must have driver's license and own insured vehicle

Strong customer service skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Good communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work well with others

Excellent organization skills

Capability of working independently

Technology skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe and Cloud-based Document Storage
