RJ Lee Group, Inc. is currently seeking an LCMS Expert to lead the analytical functions of our LCMS Group. Job Description: The LCMS Expert will be involved in overseeing every aspect of the operation of the LCMS Group which consists of both Tandem Mass Spectrometry and High Resolution Mass Spectrometry. Primary responsibilities include developing new LCMS methods, data quality review, reporting, maintaining instrumentation, and interacting with clients via issuing reports or teleconferences. Sample preparation or analysis is expected on an as-needed basis. Other responsibilities include establishing appropriate QA for new methods, collaborations with other scientists for diverse projects, and improving laboratory operations through efficiency gains. The Expert will collaborate with multiple groups within the organization including the Analytical Services Group, which consists of the chemistry labs (inorganic and organic) and the Technical Consulting Group. Project leadership, stewardship, and ownership will be expected. Literature review and litigation support may also be expected.
