As a
Lead Analyst
on the Performance and Insights team, you will engage directly with Roundel's clients to review how their media investments are performing, identify ways to optimize and grow their media investment, bring innovation to clients, and elevate their understanding of the Target guest. As a critical thought partner, you will be relied upon to be a strategic data and media expert supporting vendor, merchandising and marketing priorities. This position reports to a Senior Manager, Performance and Insights.

About You:
Minimum 7 years of proven digital media analytics, marketing experience or equivalent experience engaging directly with clients;
Strong analytical skills to uncover the drivers of performance with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations to internal partners and clients in a clear, concise way;
In-depth understanding of the digital media marketplace, including proven experience with incrementality and multi-touch attribution methodologies
Ability to operate seamlessly in matrixed environment, including close partnership with eh Sales organization
Methodical, well-organized, and detail-orientated with passion to drive results and thrive in an ambiguous environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with data visualization tools (Domo, Data Studio, Tableau)
Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Webtrends)
