DescriptionTo assist with all aspects of removals, collections, deliveries and installations of personal effects, art and antiques under the management of immediate supervisor. Coordinate and take charge of the installations whilst managing crews on site.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollections and deliveries on a daily basis, locally and interstate as neededCoordinate installation projects leading a team / crewProper handling of art objects, fragile and artistic material, antique and fine furniturePreparation of condition checks and condition reports as neededPack artworks, antiquities and fine furniture for transportation and storageEnsure a high degree of detail and focus on every jobTraining lower grade drivers and art handlers when requiredHandle and control all paperwork on site, including condition reporting for goodsEnsure vehicle used is always safe, clean and prepared for the day or tripVerify what goods are needed at the start of every day or trip based on the daily trip sheet or trip manifestReport and verify all modifications to daily trip manifest with dispatchComplete a manual time sheet for any location changes and have it signed by a supervisor or manager within 24 hours.
