Our focus on preservation, restoration and the adaptive reuse of historic buildings will provide an experienced carpenter a great opportunity to showcase their knowledge and abilities.
We do everything from minor repairs during apartment flips to major renovations from shell to finish.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with all types of construction materials and all phases of construction from framing to finish.
In this role, they'll need to be comfortable managing 1-3 carpenters (depending on job size) of various skill levels, directing them on specific tasks and assist/coach them through any problems they encounter.

Required Skills: Framing, dry wall & spackling, trim & finish work, hardwood floors, hanging cabinets.
Additional Skills: Tiling, roofing, light plumbing, light electrical, HVAC knowledge, appliance installation, locksmithing.
