The Lead Cashier is responsible for efficient guest transactions and maintaining cashwrap standards.This position drives loyalty results and contributes to achieving goals.The LC supports the leadership team and promotes the guest experience.

Responsibilities
• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.• Provide exceptional service to each guest by personalizing their experience and recommending products.• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges in a courteous manner.• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures.• Contribute to an inclusive environment, support teammates, and complete cashier chat ins/outs.• Stay informed about industry trends and products to better serve guests.• Share benefits of the guest loyalty program and train new cashiers.• Drive cashier accountability, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate with managers and associates.
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred.• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.• Knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.• Experience addressing guest concerns and exceeding sales goals.• Proficient with basic technology, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.• Ability to work independently and build strong customer relationships.• Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment, and be flexible.
