Lead Customer Service Representative

TITLE: LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT THE JOB: Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for lead role at a Fresno company. You will be the primary contact person handling customer interface by acquiring calls/emails and providing top-notch customer service to assess the needs of the customer and create a resolution. You will dispatch service calls/work orders to the technician team. You will create quotes and proposals for the type of work required for the customer. You will utilize the company database to enter customer information for billing/invoices, service records and status updates and more. Must have 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing/operations setting. Experience in a plumbing environment is helpful. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Must be proficient in technical/organizational and time management skills.
