The Lead Cycle Count Coordinator is a hands-on position and it's estimated that approximately 50% of a typical day will be physically counting inventory, with the remaining time spent researching root causes and/or working with Cycle count Coordinators reviewing their root cause findings and, proposing and implementing permanent corrective actions to supervisory and management staff.
\n Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited toPhysically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and formsUpdate ERP system with Cycle Count Results and updated inventory quantitiesMaintain and report KPIs around first-pass and reconciled accuracyPartner cross-functionally Inventory Supervisors, and Warehouse/Inventory Manager to help solve inventory related issuesEnsue that Root Cause Report is being filled outIdentify root causes and work with appropriate functions to develop correct actions and supporting processes to eliminate root causes as identifiedManage Team effectively to maintain goal of 100% inventory accuracy Required Skills and ExperienceHigh school DiplomaMinimum of two years Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experienceEffectively communicate cross-functionally in a collaborative mannerProficient in Excel and able to develop clear and concise spreadsheets and reports Preferred Skills and ExperienceAssociate degree or equivalent experienceExperience in a production environment Experience in a food production environmentAbility to be trained on PIT Equipment to include forklifts and scissors Physical RequirementsRegularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and armsFrequently required to stand, communicate, and listenOccasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouchOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusAble to perform repetitive movementsAble to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
